The Fusion hotel group has been busy preparing for the festive season and it’s sure to be a treat for guests at all its properties. “Christmas and New Year’s is a time of celebration with friends and family and when we reflect on the year gone by and start planning for the next,” said Atilla Erda, Fusion’s chief operating officer. “We want our guests to experience wellness in a fun and friendly way as they prepare for the year ahead.”
Fusion currently owns and manages six properties in Phu Quoc, Cam Ranh, Da Nang, Ho Chi Minh City, and Hue and is expanding its portfolio with new hotels and resorts opening in Vung Tau, Quang Binh, Hoi An, and Quy Nhon.
Here’s a look at what’s happening at Fusion’s properties around the country over the festive season:
Fusion Resort Cam Ranh
Christmas-themed cooking and decoration classes are set for December 23 and 24 as a lead in to Santa’s visit at breakfast on the 25th. Christmas Eve celebrations, with an “East meets West” theme, will include an evening buffet overlooking the beach and live music. For New Year’s the resort goes tropical with an indulgent Asian Tropicana buffet banquet, free-flow wine and beer, lucky draws, a band, and a DJ to swing guests into 2020. The beachfront resort will keep the good spirits high over the holidays with laughter yoga sessions each Monday and Friday afternoon.
Fusion Resort Phu Quoc
Christmas will be tropical at the paradise island’s wellness resort with a traditional Christmas Day dinner at the Secret Garden followed by live music and drinks by the oceanfront pool. On New Year’s Eve a spectacular gala dinner will be held in the resort’s main restaurant before guests are invited to gather for a white-themed beach party that will lead to an end of year countdown. The celebrations will be spurred along by a DJ and free-flow packages along with complimentary canapés and finger food. Those wishing to balance the reveling with some reflection can book in with the resort’s visiting yoga teacher.
Fusion Maia Da Nang
Fusion Maia is embracing the holiday season on the 24th and 25th with a luxurious five-course menu perfectly paired with premium wine selections and accompanied by a delightful festive dessert buffet. New Year’s Eve gets glamorous with pink-hued plans that involve a gala dinner and countdown party themed “La vie en rose”, to invite guests to see life through rose-colored glasses. Pre-dinner cocktails and canapés will be followed by a festive buffet and the property’s signature dessert bar. Midnight champagne toasts and a guest DJ guarantee a great start to the new year. Guests can also bliss out from their indulgent feasts at the Maia Spa, where therapists are trained in the energy healing practice of Reiki and infuse this practice into their spa sessions.
Alba Wellness Valley by Fusion
Alba Wellness Valley by Fusion will celebrate with a traditional Christmas buffet on the 24th, accompanied by a performance of live music and a visit by Santa. New Year’s Eve will be rung in with a buffet dinner at the wellness resort’s Madame Chau’s, with a complimentary glass of sparkling wine or sparkling Alba mineral water. For the more wellness-orientated guests there’s a range of healthy options on the menu, with the most fitting being rounding off the evening’s celebrations under the stars soaking in the mineral-rich outdoor hot springs.
Fusion Suites Sai Gon
The hotel’s in-house chef will create a three-course or four-course feast on Christmas Day, accompanied by unlimited alcoholic beverages (including selected house signature drinks) at the hotel’s Fresh Restaurant. In the evening are celebratory drinks around the theme of a “Christmas of Appreciation”. For New Year’s Eve, the hotel’s exclusive rooftop venue will be the backdrop for a gourmet dinner seafood buffet and drinks, while guests can enjoy the unbeatable view of the year-end fireworks and celebrate seeing out the old and welcoming in the new as the year ticks over.
Fusion Suites Da Nang
